I don’t think of Near as a brony, nor do I believe he would really be an *active participant* or contributor to any fandom overall, simply quietly consuming the content and keeping any ideas he had limited to the confines of his head. But I do believe it’s plausible that he would have at least jerked off to one My Little Pony character on occasion.

Going from his shared VA with Spike you’d think his choice would be Rarity, but Spike is an ISFP and doesn’t remotely resemble Near personality-wise. So if he had to choose a member of the mane six to waifu, or virtually any other MLP character, who would it be, and what would be your reasoning for his choice? No character is off-limits.

Same goes for Mello. If Mello *had* to choose a pony to breed, which would it be? Unrelated, and not to get too off-topic, but sometimes Sunset Shimmer gives off reformed breedable female Mello vibes.

I think Mello would fuck Rainbow Dash, but it would be a one night stand. Maybe also Applejack? Maybe Twilight, but specifically Sci-Twi, as she has a good dynamic with healthy ENTJ Shimmer.

I feel like Matt would simply fuck any of the mares he could and try to maximize experiencing all of the pony cunny at his disposal because he’d view it as a once-in-lifetime opportunity to enjoy interspecies snatch without it being unethical. He would probably be most drawn toward Rainbow Dash or Scootaloo, but I could see Applejack warming up to him.
